  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • 1 12 tablespoons sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 14 cup strong brewed coffee

  3. Yum! Very refreshing and does taste like an eclair, and diabetic friendly to boot! I used ice water and Medaglia d'Oro Espresso powder, so it was even easier-no brewing.
