  • Beat milk and sugar till very thick, pour into pastry case.
  • Bake for about 10 mins at 180°C.
  • This seems to depend on the oven you have, sometimes for some reason
  • the milk and sugar separate (my first attempt today did), but 2nd attempt was perfect. It's often trial and error.

Enjoy crafts, especially cardmaking - learning to save almost everything in case it can be used in crafting. Married, one daughter,3birds,1 cat and 5 fish, 1 husband. Like watching TV cookery shows, but exotic ingredients are not available here on Canvey Island Essex U.K. even sea salt is out of the ordinary ;). Have a lovely husband, a smashing Mum and wonderful daughter who got married last year. Like writing 'real' letters on paper to penpals, and am trying to understand this computer and how to find where I was a few days previously.... Am a technophobe. Lost Twitter, and my patience.
