- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2⁄3 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing
- 1 small tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup chopped cucumber
- 4 pita breads, halved and warmed (6 in)
- shredded lettuce
directions
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey, onion, brown sugar and salt over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
- In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise and salad dressing. Stir in tomato and cucumber.
- Fill the pita halves with turkey mixture, lettuce and sauce.
