  • Pour you milk into a saucepan and leave to bubble- NOT BOIL.
  • Add your haddock, onion and pepper.
  • Leave to cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring and blowing milk when over bubbling.
  • Serve with boiled or mashed potato.
