  1. Use firm but fully ripe fruit.
  2. Peel mangoes and cut into cubes or slices.
  3. Peel and slice kiwi.
  4. Hull strawberries and cut in half if large.
  5. In a large bowl, combine fruit, sprinkle with sugar, then add liqueurs and juices.
  6. Mix gently.
  7. Adjust to taste with sugar or lime juice.
