"This is my version of a recipe from a favorite seafood restaurant in Anchorage, Alaska. It's pretty close. This recipe is AMAZING with your favorite rice dish and steamed broccoli."

  1. I was a little heavy handed on the cheese and it was amazing. Thanks for the recipe.

  2. Awesome recipe. Great to have some variety for Salmon a staple here in the Northwest. I made my own sauce, and just sprinkled the cheese over the top before cooking.

  3. Actually, I made this twice. The first time I used the package of Knorr bernaise and thought it was a 3 or 4 star. The second time, I made my own bernaise and thought it was a definite 5! I too only used one package (or the equivalent of my own).

  4. YUM! I only used 1 pkg. of the bernaise sauce for 1 lb. of halibut. After the sauce & cheese melted through, I placed the filets in the pot to coat them in the sauce, then transferred everything to a baking dish. They baked for about 15 min., then I turned off the oven, sprinkled the almonds, and kept it in there for another 5 min. This was an absolutely delicious recipe I'll definitely be making again.

  5. Made exactkt to recipe and it was wonderful. Thanks for sharing.
