Directions

  1. Cut halibut into 1" pieces.
  2. Saute peppers carrots, onion and garlic in oil in a large pot until onion is tender.
  3. Add tomatoes, juice, Worcestershire, basil& sugar.
  4. Bring to a boil then simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Add wine and halibut.
  6. Simmer 8 minutes or until fish flakes.
