  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

directions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Rinse all the pumpkin guts of the seeds.
  • Spread your seeds out onto a cookie sheet.
  • Top with vegetable oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake in oven for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
