  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Rinse all the pumpkin guts of the seeds.
  3. Spread your seeds out onto a cookie sheet.
  4. Top with vegetable oil.
  5. Sprinkle with salt.
  6. Bake in oven for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
