“I have tried many breakfast casseroles, some good, some not so good. True to my nature, when I find one I like I just have to put my own touch on it and this recipe is no exception. My addition to this plain egg dish is the red, yellow and green peppers. This is a quick, inexpensive recipe good for small budgets. Kids love it.”

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Finely chop peppers.
  3. Unroll Crescent dough and press into the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish making sure to cover seams and holes.
  4. Sprinkle ham and chopped peppers over the crust.
  5. Whisk milk, eggs and pepper until blended.
  6. Top with cheeses.
  7. Place in center of oven and bake 25 minutes or until center is set.
