Very easy and good. I had a few frozen artichokes I needed to use, so added these, chopped, to the mixture. My only problem is that it overflowed a bit, but I put my pie pan on a cookie sheet -- I think if I used a bigger pie or quiche pan it would have worked a little better, but this was a wonderful way to use up some leftover ham. Thanks for sharing!

This is so quick, easy and tasty! I made 1/2 the filling since I didn't have a deep dish crust and I am glad I did; it was full to the top. Made with some leftover baked ham that I diced up and mild cheddar that I didn't measure, just threw a handful or so in. Had this for dinner with recipe#467194 467194 and salad. Made for PRMR.
