  1. Simple and good! I needed a quick and easy dinner to make and this worked out great. Who would of thought something so simple could be so good? Thanks for a great recipe!!!

  2. This is a delicious and EASY casserole. I liked not having to thaw the potatoes. There is enough soup and sour cream mixture that I think 4 cups of potatoes can be used. This will now be added to my "HURRY UP" meals list!!! Thanks for sharing.

  3. We loved this. It was so easy and quick. i however did not put in in the oven but made it on the stove top like a chowder. I added some milk to it and some green pepper i had sauted in butter. My son had seconds and pronounced it a winner! i will make it again for certain.

  4. Very tasty and comforting. In addition to the ingredients listed, I added shredded carrots, frozen peas, and grated parmesan to mixture and topped with french fried onions. This will be a regular in our house whenever there is leftover baked ham. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Perfect for leftover holiday ham. It was very creamy and homey!!

Tweaks

  1. This casserole was excellent! I substituted Monterey Jack cheese instead of Cheddar, and melted it in with the soup and sour cream prior to adding the other ingredients and baking. Outstanding!
