SALAD
- 2 cups cooked long-grain rice, cold
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 4 ounces swiss cheese, diced (1 cup)
- 1⁄2 cup celery, thinly sliced

DRESSING
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon creamed horseradish
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
directions
- In large bowl, combine cooked rice, ham, cheese and celery; toss to mix. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour over rice mixture; toss to coat.
