Ham Barbecue Sandwiches

"These make a great, easy meal. They're also great to make/take for large gatherings; you can put the ham barbecue in a crock pot to keep warm. I sometimes put a slice of cheese on them before serving."

  4. This is almost exactly how I make my ham barbecues so I'm rating and saving this recipe (eventually for a cookbook for my daughters). I don't do the garlic & onions but that sounds like a great addition! Here in Pittsburgh, we use "chipped ham," popularized by a former locally famous deli called Isaly's.
