Ham Cheese Macaroni Bake

  • Using a layered effect, place onion, noodles, ham and cheese in a large 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Repeat for second layer using onion, noodles, ham and cheese.
  • In a small bowl mix milk, sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. Pour over top of ham mixture.
  • Sprinkle top with parsley.
  • Bake in a 360 degree oven for 45 minutes.

  1. This waas a most excellent way to use up the last of our ham. I subbed cream of celery as well and had to use a bit of onion powder in lieu of the onions for my picky family. Will def make again next time we have ham.
     
  2. OMG !! Though I only had 1/2 of an onion this was wonderful. Mice and simple, flavorful, and inexpensive. It was gone in no time between the four of us. Made for recipe swap # 32.
     
  3. Easy & excellent. I used cream of celery soup. ;) there were NO leftovers! Made for the Aus/NZ Swap 5/09.

<p>Thanks for taking the time to stop by My Page! I am married to a quiet, but fun loving guy who cleans up the kitchen!! I have grandchildren who I adore.
