Ingredients Nutrition

  • Biscuits
  • 2 12 cups pancake mix
  • 13 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup candied yams, rinsed and mashed
  • 12 cup milk
  • Chowder
  • 1 (15 ounce) canwhole potatoes, mashed
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn
  • 1 cup cooked diced ham
  • 1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables
  • 1 34 cups milk

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450.
  2. For the biscuits, mix all ingredients together to form a soft dough.
  3. Place dough on flour coated surface and roll to coat. Knead 4 times.
  4. roll to ½ inch thick and cut into 2 inch circles. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. meanwhile, combine all chowder ingredients in a nonstick fry pan and heat over medium, about 10 minutes.
  6. Place chowder in serving bowls and serve with biscuits.
