Ham & Fruit Toss

"This is a delicious main dish salad. We use the fat-free ham and yogurt since we are watching our weight but I'm sure you could use regular ham & yogurt with the same taste. The fruit makes the salad really juicy so you don't really need the dressing unless you are trying to get that extra calcium into your diet."

  1. A wonderfully tasty dish that is really easy to make. I used bacon instead of ham (cos that is what I had) and it worked fine. The dressing has a different flavour. Creamy & tangy at the same time. Nice! Well worth making again. Goes great with fish!
