Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups cooked noodles (I prefer macaroni)
  • 1 12 cups ground ham
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 34 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. Saute ham in butter.
  2. Beat eggs, add all other ingredients.
  3. Spray muffin pan.
  4. Spoon mixture into muffin pan (12 count).
  5. Bake at 400 deg F 20-25 minutes.
  6. You can serve this with a cheese sauce over.
