  1. In a measuring cup combine apple cider, brown sugar, lemon juice, dijon Mustard, & cornstarch until smooth.
  2. In a large non-stick skillet heat butter over medium high heat.
  3. Brown ham on both sides.
  4. Set aside on plate & keep warm.
  5. Reduce heat to medium.
  6. Add liquid mixture, green onions, apple and cranberries.
  7. Cook and stir until sauce thickens.
  8. Return ham to skillet and cook for 1 -2 minutes or until heated through.
