  1. Cook hamburger, onion, green bell pepper together. Drain and add rice, rotel, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups to hamburger meat.
  2. Mix well and then cover in put in oven for 1 hour till rice is done. Sprinkle cheese over dish and put back in over just to melt cheese.
