Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cups macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup with roasted garlic and herbs, undiluted (Campbell's has this brand)
  • 2 12 cups water
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Directions

  1. In large skillet, brown beef and garlic; drain.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
