  1. great flavor!

  2. Very good, easy weeknight meal. Added bonus: Only one skillet to wash. I made a few changes; I left out the added salt and the green onions. I didn't have any avocado, so I used some fresh tomato instead. I served this with heated corn tortillas instead of tortilla chips. We enjoyed this alot.

  3. Great! Loved it all the way.Did not change nothing. Well we did fix our plates at the table. Everyone used the topping they wanted. Very good meal for us. Thank You so very much for posting. Hugs

  4. Wonderful. Made the basic dish omitting all the toppings save for a tablespoon or two of guacamole on each serving.

  5. Wow, This was fantastic. I loved it. I made it with corn chips not Tortilla chips as i was not sure what they were and tasty grated cheese as i don't think you can get mexican blend cheese in oz. I did have to cook it for a bit longer and add more water as i did not have a lid that fitted the frypan i was using. I will be making it again. I made this for PAC fall 2007

  2. We all loved this which is rare! I used ground turkey instead of beef and plain diced tomatoes without green chilies. I'm always looking for good stovetop meals for the summer, and this will be a regular. Thanks!
