Directions

  1. In a skillet cook beef, onion and peppers until the meat is cooked.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Add rice, tomato sauce, broth, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add more broth if needed.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and let melt.
