  1. This was very interesting. I was surprised at how much flavor came from such a small amount of seasoning - I had been tempted to double it but was very glad I didn't. I halved the recipe and served over lettuce. It was good just like that, but I added a little extra relish and a bit of homemade French dressing to add some tartness. Thanks for the recipe!

I've been cooking since I was 5 years old. I remeber one time I tried to cook an egg in the microwave. I wound up burning out the bottom of the bowl. Another time I defrosted an egg and it got all puffy in the bowl. And then I ate it. Probably shouldn't have, but hey. I was 5. And I've been cooking ever since. I also love to play the piano. I've been doing that since I was 7. I love to play Fur Elise by Beethoven and Kiss the Girl from The Little Mermaid. My favorite TV show(s) are Avatar: The Last Airbender, h2o: Just Add Water, George Lopez, The Nanny, Good Eats with Alton Brown, Iron Chef, The Suite Life on Deck, Hannah Montana and Wizards of Waverly Place. My favorite types of music are pop, rock, Christian pop, Christian rock, Christian rap, Christian Metal, classical, Broadway, and whatever else happens to end up on my Playlist. My favorite musicals are Wicked, Mamma Mia! and Cats. My favorite resturant would have to be my Grandma's diner. Good old country cookin'.
