Directions

  1. Cut up 3 strips of bacon and fry until crisp.
  2. Add 1 lb hamburger meat and 3 tbsp chopped onions and brown.
  3. Add 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/2 cup water.
  4. Add the last 5 vegetables in layers.
  5. Cover and cook over high heat for 1 minute.
  6. Reduce heat and cook slowly for 15 minutes more.
