- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) canned diced potatoes
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans carrots
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn (unsalted)
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can peas (unsalted)
- 3 (15 ounce) cans beef broth
- 2 tablespoons season salt (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons pepper (to taste)
directions
- Get out large soup pot.
- Brown hamburger in pot. Drain if needed.
- Drain juice from vegetable cans and put veggies into pot.
- Pour in as much beef broth as needed to cover veggies.
- Let bubble until all foods are heated and flavored.
- Serve and enjoy!
