  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) canned diced potatoes
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans carrots
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn (unsalted)
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can peas (unsalted)
  • 3 (15 ounce) cans beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons season salt (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons pepper (to taste)

directions

  • Get out large soup pot.
  • Brown hamburger in pot. Drain if needed.
  • Drain juice from vegetable cans and put veggies into pot.
  • Pour in as much beef broth as needed to cover veggies.
  • Let bubble until all foods are heated and flavored.
  • Serve and enjoy!
