ingredients

1 lb hamburger
1 stalk celery
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian spices

directions

Cook the celery and onion in oil.
Form meatballs with the hamburger and cook 2 minutes in the microwave on high.
Turn the meatballs and cook another 2 minutes.
Add the carrots, potatoes and the can of tomatoes.
Cook for two hours on high in slow cooker.
