  • Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown. Add mushrooms, flour, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Add sour cream, mix well and heat through. Serve over mashed potatoes, pasta or rice.

  1. This recipe was simple and delicous! I made with cream of mushroom because that is how I grew up eating it! Will have to try with cream of chicken!
     
  2. My grandmother also made this. Super yummy! She made it using cream of mushroom soup and serving it over egg noodles. We all love it!
