  1. In large skillet, cook & stir meat & onion in butter til meat is brown & onion is tender.
  2. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper & mushrooms.
  3. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  5. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in sour cream; heat through.
