  1. I love this recipe the only thing I find is after stirring everything together it can get a bit dry I have found that by thickening it a bit it will keep the noodles well coated and it doesn't dry up.

  2. Normally we don't care for stroganoff, but i found your ingredients interesting. What can I say but THANK YOU!!! This was very unique and fantastic. How good was it----well during supper we 'had' to send our eldest DS to his room, for an 'attitude' adjustment-and we allowed him to bring his supper with him, now understand this child (10 yrs old) is VERY finicky and he actually came out of his room to requests 2nds!. (Of course not to apoligize of his actions!). Absolutely adored the lemon taste to this, my family doesn't like mushrooms, but I do, and they do add alot of flavour, so I cheat and add crushed dehydrated mushrooms- they haven't noticed yet!! Thank You papergoddess!

  3. I was leery of using 3 Tbs. of lemon juice in your recipe, but the result was amazing. What an unusual and refreshing flavor it gives to stroganoff. The only change I made to your yummy recipe was to add 1/2 cup of frozen peas. Thanx, papergoddess!

  4. I used to have a recipe that (I think) was just like this but couldn't find it, so I hopped on the Zaar and found yours! This is great stuff, so easy to make, and it tastes wonderful. Not exactly a gourmet meal, but it's just right for family dinner in a hurry. Love it.

I hate to bake (almost as much as I hate to vacuum!), and I'll go to great lengths to avoid having to make cookies.
