Hamburger With a Twist

"I'm trying to follow the weight watchers diet, and I came up with this recipe as I was hungry for lunch one day. I've been craving it ever since! I figured this little burger is worth about 4 points. The only ingredients that cost points are the meat and the cheese, but I really don't use enough cheese to worry about the point factor. Plus there's no need for a bun! All of the portions are approx. exluding the meat."

I'm a data entry operator by day, and I like to scrapbook, spend time with my 11 y/o daughter or ride the motorcycle with my hubby! Oh yea, I also like to camp and be outside!! A couple pet peeves of mine are people that "act" stupid or people who think you owe them something!! UGGGGGGGG My hubby and I are doing weight watches right now, and I can honestly say I'm having fun with it. This is my first diet and I'm not trying to lose a lot, just enough to give me more energy and feel better about myself! I've found some really good recipes on the internet, and am always happy to find more!!
