  • Preheat oven to 180c.
  • Grease tin.
  • Set blueberries aside in a bowl/cup and leave to soak in lemon juice.
  • in a small bowl, thoroughly mix together flour salt and cinnamon.
  • in a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • beat in eggs and milk.
  • slowly stir in flour mixture and add blueberries (not lemon juice).
  • Pour batter mix into tin ensuring all blueberries are covered.
  • bake for 35-45 minutes *un-interrupted*
  • enjoy!
