  • Chop spinach, mint leaves and cilantro and mix.
  • Boil/bake potatoes and smash them and add to above mixture.
  • Defrost peas if frozen or cook them if fresh are available and mix with the leafy veggies above.
  • Grind cloves, Black Peppercorns and cinnamon to powder form and add to the mixture above.
  • Add salt, cumin powder, dried mango powder, corriander powder, cashews and green chillies as well.
  • Mix the mixture with hands very well and form patties.
  • Roll each pattie in Rice flour (alternatively bread crumbs can be used).
  • Shallow fry these patties in oil in a pan till golden brown.
