  • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 12 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 8 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 cup pickled jalapeno pepper, sliced

Directions

  1. 1. Evenly spread hash browns in bottom of prepared 9"x 9" pan.
  2. 2. layer jalapeno slices over hash browns.
  3. 3. spread ham and then cheese over jalapenos.
  4. 4. pour beaten eggs evenly over casserole.
  5. 5. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
