  1. Must add, 1tsp ginger/garlic paste, 2-3tsp tomato puree and 1 bay leave. Tastes great with this.

  2. I have looked everywhere for a recipe like this and was thrilled with the outcome, exactly what I was hoping for. I didn't have the cashews but it didn't seem to matter. Thank you so much.

  3. Hariyali Chicken or Chicken in Green Sauce #116309, by Chef 188588 I must admit that Chicken in Green Sauce was not very appealing at first given my lack of experience with Middle East and Indian Cuisine..... but given that I had the ingredients, on hand already for the most part, it made my decision to cook and review this recipe an easy task. It is interesting that you took time to instruct us on how to create garam masala powder by first roasting the three essential ingredients, and then grinding them to powder. Thank you for that, I would never have known its simplistic combination. The flavour of all ingredients combined is unlike anything I have eaten previously, and I must say, my experience with your recipe is truly impressive. I followed the recipe exactly, leaving no room for improvising, because quite frankly I am a novice at this cooking style. However, this simple recipe has taught me one very important thing..... and that is.... "if you don't try it, you will never know". Thank you for Hariyali Chicken. On the basis of simplicity, the ease with which I was able to follow your recipe and final flavour, Chef #188588, you deserve full marks. I look forward to when 188588 fills in her bio page.....
