  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F Spray 9x13 pan with olive oil.
  2. Cut up pears into section and set aside. No need to peel, but do remove the core.
  3. In a medium bowl mix: flour, brown sugar, black pepper, kosher salt, until well blended.
  4. Dip pork chops in flour mix, and place in pan.
  5. Add pears on top.
  6. Sprinkle remaining flour mixture on top for extra flavour, if desired.
  7. Bake covered at 425 for 40 min or until pork chops are done, depending on their thickness. Enjoy!
