  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Skin potatoes. Boil some water. When the water is at a rolling boil, put potatoes in for 10 minute Cool the potatoes. Grate the potatoes, onions and cheese, put them in a bowl with the grated cheese and grated onion. Mix together and put on an un-greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minute.
