  1. In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and garlic salt.
  2. Add potatoes and cheddar cheese; mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Yield: 12-16 servings.
