  1. Delicious!! I ate plenty more than one serving... it was worth it. This was extremely good. Thanks for the great recipe!

  2. I made this to go with recipe#21881 and recipe#147797 for our "breakfast for supper" meal last night. It was very creamy. DH said something was missing, so next time I'll try to add some different seasonings. It was super quick to mix up, then you just forget about it. Thanks for posting a side that can go with anything from breakfast eggs to a Christmas baked ham!

  3. Very good. We all liked this a lot. Thanks.

  4. My family has had this every Easter, Christmas day and Birthdays since I can remember! We all love it!!

  5. Quick! Easy! Just what I was looking for when I decided what's for dinner. I have been keeping a bag of frozen hash browns in my freezer and this made them into a very worthy side for grilled pork chops. I did have to make a sub as I had no cream of chicken on hand. But, did have a can of nacho cheese so I subbed it in. Delicious hot cheesey potatoes. Lynette, thank you for posting this fast, easy and tastey dish.

Tweaks

  1. This was very tasty.I made a few changes.I did not have Cream of Chicken soup so I used mushroom instead.I reduced the sour cream to 1/2 cup(that was all I had on hand).I used the 1/2 cup butter but next time I will definately reduce that to maybe 1/4 cup or less. The 1/2 cup of butter made my casserole very greasy.Overall a good meal though.

I am a 27 year old house wife. I love to cook, especially in the winter. I enjoy painting, sculpting, reading, and playing with my 22 month old daughter. I remember sitting on the kitchen counter as a young girl watching my mom cook her fabulous meals. She never minded having me hang around the kitchen while she cooked, and I think that is why I like cooking so much now. I hope that the few recipes I have entered are helpful to some of you out there, but if you're looking for low fat recipe's, stay away from mine :)
