Hashbrowns & Turkey Italian Sausage

"I was playing around and made something similar to this one night. My family (including my very picky eater son) loved this 'hash'. Every time I make it, there's never any leftovers. You can change this recipe, just by changing the meat. I once made it with hamburger and bacon."

I am married and a mother of 2, ages 7 and 8, 1 girl, 1 boy. I am a stay at home Mom, but may be entering the work force again soon. I LOVE to read, mainly romances. My favorite cookbook is my Better Homes and Gardens. It was a bridal shower gift from my MIL and the poor thing is falling apart. I'm not much of a cook, I can cook, I just don't have a passion for it. 5 ingredient recipes that I can throw into a crock pot or into the oven are my favorites. Start it and forget it, are the kinds of recipes I need:)
