- 28 ounces diced tomatoes
- 14 1⁄2 ounces roasted garlic tomatoes
- 5 hatch chiles, roasted
- 1⁄2 medium onion
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
directions
- Roast the peppers on top of a grill or broil in your oven.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree to desired consistency.
