- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can beer
directions
- Mix flour and sugar.
- Stir in beer and mix well.
- Pour in greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minute @ 350 degrees F.
- Let cool slightly before serving. (doesnt have to be warm to eat).
