Directions

  1. Shred cabbage into large bowl.
  2. Drain orange sections, but reserve the juice.
  3. Drain and measure the pineapple.
  4. Add salt and spices to shredded cabbage.
  5. Add the orange juice from the oranges and add the ground white pepper.
  6. Toss lightly.
  7. Add the drained fruit, tossing all with a fork.
  8. Stir in the mayonnaise.
  9. Chill well before serving.
