  1. Great recipe. I made with Recipe #266500 These two recipes compliment each other nicely.

  2. I made these meatballs with ground chicken and they were very enjoyable. I also baked them in the oven @ 400 F for 30 min instead of sauteing in pan. All in all a great dish which we will have again; could also be nice as small apetizers. Made for ZWT 7 - Food.Commandoes

  3. These were really good. Had some with spaghetti for lunch, and had some with some rice last night. The flavor was fabulous, and we all enjoyed. I cooked mine at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, and they were great. The only thing I did was cut back on the salt to 1/4 teaspoon. Made for PRMR tag.

  4. These were really good, and moist. I may have made a mistake, and 'moistened' my breadcrumbs too much, as when mixing everything together, they were terribly mushy, and impossible to form. I added the remainder of the package of ground beef (total of 1 and 2/3's pounds) and they worked just fine. I followed another reviewer's suggestion, and baked mine for 30 minutes at 350 and finished in the pan for a couple of minutes, for more color. I served these with Recipe#266500 and it was totally complimentary! Thanks for sharing, Lavender Lynn.

  5. These are fabulous! Definitely a keeper! I made it as is, sauted and all. I made about 19 tasty pieces. It's so juicy and it has so much flavor. I tried it with fried rice and plain rice and preferred the latter. DH, preferred it with Recipe #159179 and he liked it so much that he got most of it and told me I should have made more as these weren't enough for both of us! :P It was nearly gone too before I could make your recommended sauce. Next time I will. Thanks for sharing, Lavender Lynn! :) Made for Aus Recipe Swap#27
