Directions

  1. Bring pork and 1 cup water to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, simmer 2 minutes.
  3. Drain, refrigerating the reserved liquid.
  4. Add rice and remaining 1 cup water, peaches & pineapple to meat.
  5. Simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Remove any grease from reserved liquid and return juice to the pan.
  7. Continue to cook another 5 minutes.
  8. Mash/puree.
