Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (3 ounce) packages pork-flavored ramen noodles (Top Ramen or Maruchan)
  • 12 cup sliced Chinese sausage or 12 cup diced Spam
  • 12 cup sliced kamaboko, steamed fish cake
  • 14 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 5 cups water
  • shoyu (soy sauce)

Directions

  1. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Cook until noodles are done.
  4. Add shoyu to taste.
