  1. Super easy, quick, and tasty! Used polksa keilbasa since that's what I had on hand.

  2. This is very different but we loved it. The sauce is excellent especially when mixed in with the rice. I used a pound of turkey smoked sausage since that is how much came in the package and it didn't seem like too much. Thanks Bama Chef for a neat recipe!

  3. This is delicious. I make this same recipe, only I put marshmallows on top, as with candied yams.

  4. We all loved this, even the kids, which is a major plus in our house. Great taste, and very easy to throw together. What more could I want!

  5. This was really good. Simple to put together and delicious carribean flavor. I served it over rice. Next time I think I will make more sauce.

Well, I am a new stay-at-home mama (our son, Jack, was born on June 1, 2006). :) To prepare for his arrival, I cooked and froze enough food for 6 weeks. So, my new passion is OAMC, which I will try to continue at least on a small scale. It's just too hard to prepare dinner every day with an infant in my arms! I hardly use any cookbooks besides recipezaar and www.hillbillyhousewife.com (she has yummy frugal recipes that we love).
