Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups diced Spam
  • 4 cups cooked rice, preferably day-old left-overs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon shoyu (can substitute soy sauce)
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped

Directions

  1. Fry Spam in a bit of oil in a skillet. Turn heat to low and add rice. Mix egg with shoyu (or soy sauce) and add to the rice and Spam. Add chopped green onions just before serving.
