I am almost sure this is also good with a pork roast but I have not tried it yet.”

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Place turkey in large dish or containter and pour brine over.
  3. Cover and allow to brine for 24-48 hours.
  4. For a good size chicken, half the recipe and half the brining time.
