  1. Just what I wanted. I left out the egg because I don't care for egg in burgers, and I served it on a bun with a slice of pineapple, some purple onion, and some raw spinach. Very tasty.
     
  2. I thought the flavor in these burgers was outstanding. I didn't have fresh ginger to put in, unfortunately, but it still turned out pretty good. We will make these again, and next time with the ginger. I can only imagine it would taste even better. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Im a mother of 2 kids, I love cooking! My father was a chef and taught me most of what I know about cooking. My boyfriend is also a chef who went to cooking school in the Bahamas so we like to use Caribbean flavors in our meals. We live in Hawaii which is definately a melting pot for all kinds of foods, my cooking is usually a blend of Pacific flavors, Caribbean heat and southern down home goodness!
